Pech is pleased to present new works by Rosario Aninat and Simon Shim-Sutcliffe produced during a month-long residency in cooperation with house of spouse.

Rosario Aninat and Simon Shim-Sutcliffe are a Chilean/Canadian duo with a collaborative practice combining site specific sculptures with immersive installations characterised by an imploding infrastructural logic. They graduated from the Städelschule under Willem de Rooij and Hassan Khan. 

Recent exhibitions include ‚ÄėUnderbelly‚Äô, Etta, Dusseldorf (2023); ‚ÄėOdyss√©es Urbaines‚Äô, Fondation Fiminco, Paris (2023); ‚ÄėCome Hell or High Water‚Äô, Mutter, Amsterdam (2022); ‚ÄėBones‚Äô, fffriedrich, Frankfurt (2021); ‚ÄėAnd Amasia‚Äô, Jo-Anne, Frankfurt (2021); ‚ÄėDigital Dadaism‚Äô, Tor Art Space, Frankfurt (2021). They have¬†been awarded grants by the Canada Council for the Arts ‚Äď Concept to Realization (2022), and the Kulturamt Frankfurt Grant (2021/2).
